Padel is no longer a niche import in the United States. It has become a full competitive sport with a structured tournament ecosystem, professional events on home soil, and more than one million players nationwide. If you want to compete, the pathway is clearer than ever: club and local-association events feed into the United States Padel Association (USPA) circuit, while the professional game, led by Premier Padel, now stops in Miami every spring. Here is how the whole system works, and how to find your first event.

About a month ago, Playtomic and Deloitte (Monitor Deloitte) released their yearly “state of padel”-report called Global Padel Report.
It’s the second consecutive year Playtomic partner with Monitor Deloitte to release the report which normally is a fantastic read for all players following the sport closely.
The report focuses on the growth of the sport both from a leisure and professional perspective and also showcases the growth of the sport as an industry.
In the introduction of the report, Pablo Carro, the Co-Founder of Playtomic writes:
We are very certain about the fact that Padel has become a global sport, showcasing robust annual growth and promising signs of real traction in key-markets that will drive us to a 6 billion industry in 2026.
Pablo Carro (Co-Founder Playtomic) & Elena Martin (Senior Manager Monitor Deloitte)
That’s a phenomenal number. The report actually doesn’t mention whether this is euro (€) or dollar ($), but regardless it showcases the strength of the traction that Padel has gotten in a wide array of countries.
I’ll break down the key points from the report in a digestible manner in this post. Feel free to add your commentary or questions and I’ll get back to you.
A classic padel racket, Nox Equation, is a practical equipment choice specially designed for intermediate to advanced-level players.
This racket features a wide sweet spot for good sensations and an HR3 rubber core for a softer touch—both important details for establishing the best control during the game.
The round format of the racket may give little of a powerful strike compared to other shapes. This, however, ensures precision and perfect control over the game, creating angles your opponents will dream nightmares about.
Learn more about the design, features, and why many well-known padel players like Miguel Lamperti prefer round-shaped rackets, just like this racket from the official line from Nox.
If you’re in the market for a padel racket that offers both style and power, the Nox VK10 Aranzazu Osoro is a great option that delivers those in spades.
Made with a carbon frame combined with fiberglass silver components, an HR3 core, a rough surface, and an anti-vibration system, this padel racket: VK10, offers plenty of features to satisfy the discerning player.
Although it has a low balance that may not be ideal for aggressive players, defensive players will find it perfect for their needs. Aranzazu Osoro (Ulrich) plays with this pala on the tour.
Let’s discuss what makes this racket the perfect Premier Padel companion in this Nox VK10 Aranzazu Osoro review.
The NOX ML10 Pro Cup Luxury is one of the most iconic rackets because it is used by one of the greatest players of all time in the Premier Padel, Miguel Lamperti.
However, is it the best padel racket in the world today? Which player is the padel racket for? Is it intended for amateurs or professional players?
The Nox ML10 Pro Cup Luxury Series padel racket is the new edition of its legendary predecessor, the ML10 PRO CUP.
Read on for our full test and review.
The Babolat Counter Veron Padel racket offers users more dynamic power because of its durable yet lightweight construction, making it a more maneuverable racket on the court. Suitable for intermediate to advanced players.
The Counter Veron Babolat padel racket may be one of the last items you’ll need to buy, thanks to how ergonomic, aerodynamic, and excellent it is. It’s durable, that’s for sure.
You won’t be replacing it for a long, long time!
The Bullpadel Indiga Control is an ultra-light padel racket designed for amateur and intermediate players who want to improve their level of play.
The Indiga CTR padel racket has everything you want for a starter racket, an ultralight design, a round head shape for maximum control, and a frame that can last you a lifetime.
It has a perfect balance of features, making it a great racket and rivaling some of the best rackets within the price range.
